Postage & Packing | |
All items are dispatched speedily by first class post and insured where appropriate. If any delay in dispatch is likely you will be informed. | |

As a general rule orders over £50.00 will always be dispatched by insured postage/delivery, it however remains the customers responsibility to make sure they are happy with the level of postal service and insurance level required. | |
It is highly recommended that you request and pay for insurance if concerned about potential loss. | |

In the interest of the environment, and to keep the cost of postage as low as possible, it is our normal practice to reuse packaging wherever possible. |

We would be delighted to make you an offer for your old clocks, watches, Heuers, Haldas, rally equipment etc. to release cash for your new purchase (with us of course). | |

Warranty | |
All new items are supplied with the relevant manufactures return to base warranty. All second hand items are serviced/ reconditioned where necessary and carry our own three month return to base warranty (subject to parts). | |

Autochron is not registered for VAT, therefore all prices advertised are the prices that you pay. Overseas customers are reminded that they are responsible for any local taxes and customs formalities. | |
