To place an order - all we need is your order accompanied by payment in full. 
Payment:  can be made by any of the following methods:-

  - Telegraphic transfer - in any currency

  When paying outside the UK or via a non UK bank, please ensue that you pay for all direct and  intermediary banking charges and any currency charges.
  Please note we are charged circa 4% for taking PayPal payments, so it would be very much appreciated if PayPal is only used if other payment methods are not suitable.
  Currency Conversion - when paying in currency other than GBP (£) please ask for confirmation of exchange rates. A guide can be obtained from xe.com
Postage & Packing
  All items are dispatched speedily by first class post and insured where appropriate. If any delay in dispatch is likely you will be informed. 
  Typical UK postage rates as follows. Please ask for international postage costs or for items not listed below:-
  Small items (clips, P lights etc.)                                     £4.50
  Stopwatches & small clocks (insured, upto 0.5kg) £8.60
  Haldas & large clocks (insured upto 1kg)               £11.60
  As a general rule orders over £50.00 will always be dispatched by insured postage/delivery, it however remains the customers responsibility to make sure they are happy with the level of postal service and insurance level required. 
It is highly recommended that you request and pay for insurance if concerned about potential loss. 

In the interest of the environment, and to keep the cost of postage as low as possible, it is our normal practice to reuse packaging wherever possible. 

  We would be delighted to make you an offer for your old clocks, watches, Heuers, Haldas, rally equipment etc. to release cash for your new purchase (with us of course).
  Are accurate at time of writing only, some items may be effected by currency exchange rates without notice.
  All new items are supplied with the relevant manufactures return to base warranty. All second hand items are serviced/ reconditioned where necessary and carry our own three month return to base warranty (subject to parts).
  Autochron is not registered for VAT, therefore all prices advertised are the prices that you pay. Overseas customers are reminded that they are responsible for any local taxes and customs formalities.
  All items remain the property of Autochron until paid for in full.
  We reserve the right to charge interest for any late payment.
  Some pictures are from our reference file, items for sale may differ slightly from these pictures.
  No responsibility can be taken for late delivery or the consequences of any failure of goods supplied either during or outside any warranty period. 
  No responsibility is taken for any safety related matters (the customer selects goods as they feel fit for the purpose).
